Before you write to support
- Tell us the marketplace and the store name exactly as it appears in your workspace.
- Include the case ID or the timestamp of the sync or import you are asking about.
- Never send passwords, one-time codes or API secrets by email. Embelumy will never ask for them.
- Data export or deletion requests are handled under our Privacy Policy.
